Working for the betterment of Nilgiris Tribal communities
For the last 10 years we have implemented several programs for advancing tribal communities:-
- Employment of tribal youth
- Training of youth in watershed techniques and ecological restoration
- Educational support
- Supporting schools with sports, education equipment
- Sports activities in villages
- Celebrating festivals
Past Projects
Our founders and team have consistently stepped up to serve tribal communities in times of need.
- 2020 (Apr–May): Nutritious meals to 23 villages during Covid-19 lockdown (6 weeks).
- 2020 (Nov–Dec): Fiber optic internet + 6 laptops for remote schooling in tribal villages.
- 2021 (Jun): Covid-19 vaccine outreach programs in 20+ villages.
- 2023 (Jun): Creation of a mini-Shola forest (50+ species) with TN Forest Dept.
- 2024 (Aug): Installation of safe playground equipment at a tribal primary school.
- 2025 (Jan): Tribal youth Pongal Volleyball Tournament – 13 villages.
- 2026 (Jan): Children and youth sports day during Pongal – 13 Villages.
